Surviving family include sons, Jerry (Terrie), Daren (Peggy); daughters, Gina Howard, Annette Howard, Sheila (Patrick Foley) Trudeau, 9 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by wife, Evelyn; daughter, Tammy Johnson; grandson, Dylan Trudeau and all his siblings.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Hursel's name to Bellacare Hospice, 110 Polaris Parkway, Suite 302, Westerville, OH 43082.
