Imogene Darst, 78, Columbus, passed away Friday, February 5, 2016. Imogene was born in Nigh, KY on May 27, 1937, to Lewis and Martha (Hurley) Casey and is preceded in death by her parents and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her daughters, Donna (Franklin Jarrell) Darst, Kimberly (David) Betz and Kristi (Michael) Holmberg; sons, Michael (Barbara) and Randall (Joyce) Sayers; sister, Ruth Hutchison; brother, Lewis G. (Dorothy) Casey; grandchildren, Steven Ott, Addie China, Ray Ostafin, Jessica Medina, Sarah Steinhauser, Randy Sayers, Hannah Betz, Sarrah Betz, Brenna Holmberg, Michael Holmberg, Jr.; 10 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Imogene worked at the Jai Lai for over 30 years and Paul's Pantry for 14 years
Family and friends will gather on Wednesday, February, 10, 2016, 5-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123 with the Funeral Service on Thursday at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice, 6150 E Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43213.
