Born April 11, 1934 to the late Rosa E. and Curtis Blevins of Kentucky.

Proceeded in death by husbands William H. Meinen Sr. and the Rev. Thomas E. Kemple Jr., precious son Bill H. Meinen Jr., sister and brother-in-law Anna R. and Alfred Liggett, nephew Jerry Liggett and close friend Jan Ioia.

Survived by grandchildren Paige Meinen, Leah Rose Meinen, and Benjamin H. Meinen, close niece Brenda R. (Andy) Leavitt, Ruthie Liggett, special nephew Jason (Heather) Ogle, Tyler (Rachel) Leavitt, Latisha (Jim) Davern, sister-in-law Lucille (Meinen) Hitchcock, Alicia Meinen, Kelly and Dana Noffsinger, and dear friend Barbara Johnson (South Carolina).

Visitation hours at Newcomer Funeral Home, located at 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123, Wednesday, January 8th, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Following visitation hours, a Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM, proceeded by graveside service at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
