Survived by husband Paul Cook; son Jim (Karen) Myers, Dirk Myers; step-children Paula (Dale) Robbins, Patty Russo, Randy Cook. 8 Grandchildren; 1 Great grandchild; 7 Step-Grandchildren and 6 Step-Great grand children. Visitation 4-5 P.M. Monday July 12, 2004 at the Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home with the services to follow at 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home with the Rev. Owen Stotts officiating.
