Isaac Griffith Jr.

Isaac "Ike" Griffith Jr. of San Diego, CA, was born in Maitland, West Virginia on April 21, 1940. He went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 25, 2016. He was a faithful member of New Vision Christian Ministries Int'l, and he loved his pastor, Pastor Darren D. Thomas.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of fifty-three years Helen Thelma Griffith; five children, Nina Pirtle, Virginia Allen, Ralph Griffith, Thomas Griffith and Belinda Griffith; brother, David (Carolyn) Griffith; sisters, Shirley Bell, Ora (Cleve Westmoreland) Bonita Griffith, and Ruth Griffith; twelve grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews and family and friends.
He was preceded by parents, Isaac and Virginia Griffith; brothers, Douglas Clark and Joseph Griffith; and sisters, Josephine Charles, Addie Shaw and Myrtle Wallington.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, April 9, 2016 from 9:00am to 10:00am at Rehoboth Temple Church of Christ, 1111 E. Long Street Columbus, OH followed by Funeral Services at 10:00am. He will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery. Please leave a message of condolence for the family during this difficult time.
