Italo Santilli

Italo Santilli, 80, of Westerville, passed away Friday, May 5, 2017 at his residence. He was born July 10, 1936 in Introdacqua, Italy, son of the late Cesidio and Lucia D'Angelo Santilli. In addition to his parents, Italo was preceded in death by his sister, Carolina Marra. He is survived by his daughters, Lucia (Jerry) Princehorn, Maria Santilli and Carolina (Walter) Martin; sister, Teresa Signorini; brothers, Peppino and Bruno Santilli; grandchildren, Brittney, Anthony, Andre and Zoe; mother of his children, Judy Santilli; cousin, Peppino Cariffa; dear friend, Giovanni Volpe.

Memorial mass will be Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 9633 E. S.R. 37 Sunbury OH 43074, with visitation one hour prior to services. Italo had a genuine love for people and never met a stranger. His love, drive and passion for cooking made him an extremely successful restaurant owner. Along with Dad's love of food, he hated knowing that there were people out there going hungry. Therefore, in lieu of flowers, we ask that you make a donation to the Mid-Ohio Food Bank in his memory. He will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege to have known him. In the words of Italo "Thank you, you're beautiful people".
