He is preceded in death by his wife, of 68 years, Joan Winland.
Surviving family includes, children; Pamela (Craig) Karnes, Aleisa (Brian) Culp, and Susan (Robert) Campbell, and Timothy (Lisa) Winland; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
