J. "Ric" Fortner, 75, passed away on Friday, October 16, 2026, in Columbus, Ohio. James was born on June 30, 1951, in Springfield, Illinois.
James is preceded in death by his cousins Tom Fish and Duff Fish.
He is survived by his wife, Norma Fortner, and lots of friends and extended family
