Jack R. Ford, 71, of Westerville, passed away Monday, April 28, 2008 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He was born March 19, 1937, in Columbus, son of the late Sheldon and Mary Perkins Ford. In addition to his parents, Jack is preceded in death by his grandchildren, Jeffrey W. Ford II and Jennifer M. Ford. He is survived by his daughters, Kimberly (Denny) Turner and Rhonda (Mark) Shalosky; sons, Jeffrey (Stefanie), Mark (Marilyn), George, Christopher, Royce (Christine) and Gary Ford; sister, Jeanann Cotton; brother, Sheldon Ford; nineteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren. At Jack's request, there will be no services observed. Arrangements have been entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home N.E. Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus.
