Jacob is survived by his mother, Phyllis Ricketts; father Phillip (Sheri) McIntyre; sister, Shannon Escalona; brothers, John Paul (Janae) Dennis, Joseph (Courtney) McIntyre; grandmother, Earline Linville, as well as a large extended family.
The family will receive friends from 4-6pm, Monday, March 13, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, S.W., 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. 43123, where the memorial service will be held following at 6:00pm.
