Jacqueline Powers, age 45 passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2017. She was born in Columbus, OH on August 26, 1971.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Elizabeth Blankenship; mother, Norma Jean Hammonds. Jacqueline is survived by her daughter, Carmen (Ryan) Blankenship; grandsons, Anthony and Jaxon; father, Jack (Karen) Powers; sisters, Deborah Aston, Donna Hamilton; grandmother, Mildred Powers, and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 3-6pm, Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, S.W. Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123, where the funeral service will be held at 6:00pm.
