Jacqueline "Jackie" Wahrer, 73, passed away on March 13, 2014 in Columbus, OH. Jackie was born on August 4, 1940 in Columbus, OH to Charles and Selma (Roberts) Neil.
Jackie is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Richard "Dick" Neil.
She is survived by her husband of 25 years Dave Wahrer; children, Mark (Brenda) Wahrer, Jaime (Don) Lathem, John "Tommy" (Karen) Beaver, and Tami Hedges; 14 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; sister, "Sis" Neil; and many other loving family members and friends.
Jackie was a past senior regent of Chapter 206 WOTM. She enjoyed camping and spending time with her family. Her two favorite places to visit were the Amish Country and Las Vegas. Everyone that knew Jackie knew she was passionate about Elvis, and Buckeye Football. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, March 16, 2014 from 2:00pm-6:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home 3393 Broadway, Grove City OH 43123. Services will be held on Monday, March 17, 2014 at 10:00am also at Newcomer Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest at Sunset Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the James Cancer Center, PO Box 183112 Columbus, OH 43218.
