Jade is preceded in death by her mother.
She is survived by husband, Masato Yokoyama; and father, Baofu He.
Jade has always been a fighter, all the way until the end. She never gave up on anything that mattered to her. She was very passionate, encouraging, and inspiring to everyone she touched. She is loved by so many people and will be missed forever.
