James A. Gore, 81, passed away on June 14, 2016. He was born on May 31, 1935.
James served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict with the 4th U.S. Missile Command Task Force Alpha.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Leonia Gore, daughter, Tammy Seay and parents, Opie and Ivy Gore. Surviving family includes children, Sandra (William) Buck, Jim (Aubrey) Gore, William (Heather) Gore, David (Robyn) Gore, grandchildren, Kiya, Jayden, Nevaeh, Dayne, Piper, brother, Harry Gore and son-in-law, Mickey Seay.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8pm, Sunday, June 19, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. A funeral service will be held at 10am, Monday, June 20, 2016 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Mt. Carmel Hospice.
