James Hagman Sr.
February 10, 1953 — June 14, 2014
James F. Hagman Sr., 61, of Columbus, passed into the arms of our Savior, Saturday morning at home after an extended illness.
He served in the United States Marine Corp. during Vietnam.
James is survived by his wife, Shirley whom he married January 17, 1995.
His children, Tricia Stewart of Columbus, James Jr. (Misato) Hagman of Michigan, Donald (Dawn) Hagman of Columbus and Ellen Hagman of the home.
Also surviving are his parents, Donald and JoAnn Hagman of Columbus, 3 sisters, Mary Decker of Galena, Sandra Barnett of Arcadia, FL and Debra (George Decker) Hazelwood of Columbus, 13 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 19, 2014 from 12:30-3:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus, with the funeral service beginning at 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 15120 Chicago, IL 60693.
Interment will be in Green Lawn Cemetery.
