James D. Jarvis, age 68 of Columbus, passed away on February 12, 2019. He was born on May 24, 1950 to Shirley and Fern (Tulga) Jarvis in Westerville, OH. James proudly served in the U.S. Navy. James is survived by son Cyle Jarvis, fiancé of 25 years Carol Lee, step daughter Kay (Wondel) Richmond, 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by wife Judy Jarvis.
