James "Jamie" Martin, 38, of Westerville.
He was born July 28, 1975 in Port Washington, N.Y., son of Jim and Lorraine Martin.
In addition to his parents, James is survived by his son, Reece Martin; brother, Mike Martin and his wife, Stacie (Sullivan) Martin; nieces, Andrea, Katherine, Amber and other extended family.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 20, 2014 from 5:00-8:00 PM and also Friday, March 21, 2014 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus, with a prayer service at 7:30 PM.
Mass of Christian Resurrection will be Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 10:30 AM at St. Paul the Apostle Parish, 313 N. State St. Westerville, with Father David E. Gwinner, Celebrant.
Inurnment will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Capital Area Humane Society, 3015 Scioto Darby Executive Ct. Hilliard, OH 43026.
