He was born March 25, 1970 in Columbus.
James was preceded in death by his father, Peter Wayne Woods.
He was an avid fisherman, hunter and motorcyclist.
James is survived by his wife, Randa Kaye Larrison Woods; sons, James Wayne Woods and Hunter Lee Paul Woods; mother, Mary Jane Crum Woods; brother, Steven Wayne (Carmen) Woods.
Visitation will be Saturday, August 25, 2012 from 1:00-4:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Road Columbus, with the funeral service beginning at 4:00 PM at the funeral home.
