Janelle Balling, age 64, of Commercial Point, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. She was born on February 17, 1961 to Burlin Ratliff and Goldie Mae Cains (Perry). She was married to Bruce Balling, until he passed. She will be deeply missed by her special friend Mike Thomas; children, Tina (Grant) Hall, Brittany (Greg) Carter, bonus daughter, Delora (Aaron) Potter; grandchildren, Eli & Cooper Hall, Allie & Gregory Carter, Courtney (Rodney) Mathews, Kendall Potter, Dylan (Bekah) Potter; bonus great grandchildren, Mariah & Hudson Potter; mother, Goldie Cains; brothers, Roger Ratliff, Carl Ratliff, Clark Ratliff, Jerry Ratliff, Bascom Ratliff, and Gene Ratliff; sisters, Diane Taynor, Mary Dale, Cathy Schulz. Janelle is preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Balling; father, Burlin Ratliff; and sister, Alice Ratliff.
