Janet Tilley, 72, passed away April 11, 2014. She was born on October 13, 1941. Janet was retired from the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections after 30 years. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul L. Tilley, mother, Mary (Easterday) Tilley, brother-in-law, Jerry Swim, and her dog Benz.
Surviving family includes children, Kenneth Tilley, James (Lisa) Tackett, sisters, Dixie Swim, Judy (Steve) Cline, brother, Jeffrey Tilley, beloved nieces, Jodi (Swim) Flowers, Michelle (Cline) Woodruff, nephew, Doug Swim and loving grandchildren, great-nieces and nephews as well as many friends.
Visitation will be held from 4-8pm, Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30am, Thursday, April 17, 2014 at the funeral home.
Burial will follow in Concord Cemetery.
