Janice Kay Cooper, age 50, passed away Friday July 5, 2019. She is predeceased by her father, Jerry Price and sister Gerry Horsley, and nephew Cody Horsley. Janice is survived by her mother, Willetta Price, husband, Larry Cooper, siblings: Sandra (Bill) Klingbiel and Jason (Laura) Price, daughter: Jasmine Price as well as many loving extended family and friends.
