Jason A. Evans age 27, of Columbus passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Survived by father John E. Evans; mother Peggy (Mark) Jones; brother John (Heather) Evans, niece Brittany Evans; nephews Michael and John Jr. Evans; girlfriend Missy Laywell; children Ashley, Bobby and Blaise Laywell and many friends. A Memorial service will be Tuesday, 6 pm at NEWCOMER-FARLEY Funeral Home 3047 E. Dublin Granville Road. Family will receive friends starting at 4 pm until service time.
