He is survived by his parents, Russell (Nancy) Holbrook and Marla (Dan) Buelow; grandmother, Mary Pagura; son, Cole Holbrook; siblings, Rusty Holbrook, Melissa Holbrook, Logan Holbrook and Tyler Hebblethwaite. In his free time, Jason enjoyed fishing with his son, Cole. Memorial Service Saturday, January 22, 2011 at 2 PM with visitation one hour prior at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
