Jason Michael Poe, 22 of Gahanna, passed away on July 31, 2016 at Nationwide Children's Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Born on July 12, 1994 to Charles Michael and Laura Elizabeth (Miller) Poe in Cincinnati, OH. Along with his parents, Jason is survived by brother Robert James Poe, grandparents James and Barbara Poe and Robert and Ann Miller, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus, OH on Friday, August 5, 2016 from 1pm until time of service at 3pm with Mike Miller officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed Redwood Rehabilitation Center, 71 Orphanage Rd., Fort Mitchell, KY 41017 or to Gahanna Lincoln High School, 140 S. Hamilton Rd., Gahanna, OH 43230, Memo Jason Poe.
