Jason is survived by his father, Donald; brothers, Josh Wine, Denny Geddes; sister, Melissa (Scott) Cottrill; nephews, Jordan and Levi. He was preceded by his mother, Linda.
The visitation will be on Monday, October 25, 2021 from 5-7:00 p.m. at Newcomer-SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway in Grove City, Ohio 43123. The Funeral Service will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday at Redeemers Church West, 2199 Holt Road, Grove City, Ohio 43123 followed by procession to Sunset Cemetery.
