Jay M. "Poppy" Campbell, 56, of Columbus, OH, passed away on February 13, 2016. He was born in Columbus, OH on August 29, 1959. He was preceded in death by his ex-wife, Penny.
Surviving family includes mother, Emily Campbell, father, Jerry Campbell, sister, Margaret Seelig, grandchildren, Nathan and Chantz Gunnell and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5-7pm, Friday, February 19, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. A funeral service will be held at 11am, Saturday, February 20, 2016 at the First Christian Church, 207 East High Street, McArthur, OH 45651, where additional visitation will be from 10-11am at the church.
Burial will follow in Radcliff Cemetery.
