J.D. Hurt, age 36, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, February 28, 2018. He was born on January 5, 1982 in Portsmouth, OH.
J.D. was an active and accomplished dirt bike racer, a talented cyclist and athlete. He was well loved by his many friends and family. He leaves behind his mother, Karla; brother, Matt; sister, Sarah; fiancée, Annie and two sons, Ty & Alex, as well as his many friends in "the court." He loved his Grove City friends like family and we all love him. He was funny, giving and kind.
Preceded in death by grandparents, Ray and Louise Ratliff.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Newcomer Grove City, 3393 Broadway, where visitation will be held one hour prior to service.
