Jeanne Lockard, 90, of Columbus, passed away peacefully Tuesday, March 3, 2015.
She was born May 16, 1924 in Lancaster, daughter of the late Clifford and Harriet Fisher Hartley.
In addition to her parents, Jeanne was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Lockard and cousin, Sue Colton.
She enjoyed dancing, flowers, sewing, Clark Gable and traveling, especially to Myrtle Beach.
Jeanne was a devoted stay-at-home mother who also worked as a photographer early in her career and retired from Lazarus.
She is survived by her children, Jill (Paul) Andrews, Steve (Nancy) Lockard, Sally (Tony) Ristucci, Jennie (Doug) Mason and Clifford (Jackie) Lockard; best girlhood friend and cousin, Janie Shough; grandchildren, Christopher (Stephanie) Andrews. Kyle (Marissa) Lockard, Seth (Carrie) Lockard, Emily (Ian) Pickard, Molly Lockard, Brandie (Keith) Koehler, Jennifer Ristucci, Brittany (Kyle) Zelazny, Brent Garner, Austin and Zachary Lockard, Casey and Cathy Mason; great grandchildren, Riley, Colin, Jesse, Jacob, Tyler, Sydney, Jack, Brody, Elina and Carter.
Visitation will be Friday, March 6, 2015 from 10:00-11:00 AM at Epworth United Methodist Church, 5100 Karl Rd. Columbus, with the funeral service beginning at 11:00 AM at the church, with Reverend Dr. Gregory H. Herndon, D. Min., officiating.
Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville.

Jeanne had a love for babies, everything pink, family, friends and lastly her husband of 66 years Jack.
She taught her family so much about the importance of relationships, faith, loyalty and unconditional love that will carry on her legacy.
Jeanne will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege to have known her.
