Jeff A. Hart

Jeffrey A. Hart, age 60, of Columbus, Ohio passed away on May 13, 2026. Jeff was born on May 29, 1965 in Columbus, Ohio to the late James Hart Jr. and the surviving Lucille "Lucy" Hart.

Along with his father, he is preceded in death by his brother, James Paul Hart, sister, Laura Moore, and life-partner, Wendy Loew.

He is lovingly survived by his daughters, Tiffany (Zachary) Adams, Harley (Wyatt) Hart, mother, Lucy Hart, sister, Tamara (Randy) Simon, brother-in-law, Roger Moore, grandchildren, Xavier, Julius, and many extended family and friends.

Jeff was a goofball and an extremely caring man. He loved Harley Davidson and cars. He was extremely hard-working and a very picky eater. He was a loving dad, grandpa, son, brother, and best friend.

He will be deeply missed.
