Jeffery S. Slatzer, age 44, passed away Saturday, September 17, 2016, after a long illness, with his loving family by his side.
He will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother.
Surviving family includes loving wife, Tamatha Slatzer; children; Todd (Christine) Slatzer, Tyler (Samantha) Slatzer, Jaclyn Slatzer; grandchildren, Cayden and Jeffrey Slatzer of Mechanicsburg, OH.; parents, James and Sharon Slatzer of Columbus, OH; siblings, Robert (Melissa) Slatzer, Brian Slatzer, Jimmy (Becky) Slatzer and Laurie (Jason) Staats; special uncle, Pat Slatzer; special friend, Paul Merideth; also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Preceded in death by mother-in-law, Lorann Allen.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 21, 2016 from 4:00 - 8:00PM at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123.
Funeral Mass will be held 1:00 PM, Thursday, September 22, 2016 at St. Ladislas Church, 277 Reeb Ave., Columbus, OH 43207.
