Jeff is survived by wife, Crystal; sons, Jake, Austin, and Carson; parents, Robert and Nancy; siblings, Robin, Terry, Bob, Julie, Susan, and Linda; and many other family and friends.
Visitation Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2016 from 4-7 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Thursday, Nov. 10, 2016 at 10 am at the Funeral Home.
