Jeffrey Cole Frazier, 56, passed away May 14, 2018.
He was preceded in death by mother, Donna Diane Frazier; brothers, Fred and Walter Frazier; grandfather, Pawpaw "Shorty" Rose.
Jeff is survived by brother, Richard Frazier; aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Jeff was a very kind and loving person and loved by many. Many thanks to the Columbus Area and the Commons at Grant.
Visitation Wednesday, May 23, 2018 from 10am until the time of Funeral Service at 11am at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Interment to follow at Alton Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
