Jeff was preceded by his father, Wayne L. Robbins and brother-in-law, Daniel T. Smith. He is survived by his mother, Sharron L. Robbins; sister, Pamela S. Smith; two nieces, Aimee L. (Phil J.) Gibson and Lauren N. Smith.
Jeff was a beloved son, brother, uncle and friend. He will be deeply missed.
Private family services were held.
