Jeffrey Scott Stevenson, 47, of Columbus, OH passed away unexpectedly on June 17th, 2014. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
He is survived by his parents, Robert and Jo Ann Stevenson, son, Matthew, brother, Todd (Brenda), sister, Angela, niece, Allison, uncle and aunt, Bill and Sue Stevenson and former wife, Judy Summer.
A remembrance service will be held at 10:30am, Thursday, June 26th, 2014 at the Chapel at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 5600 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43213.
