He is predeceased by his grandmothers, Mae Tatum and Flo Miller, father; Theodore Lee Brooks Sr., brothers; Jeffery Allen Brooks and Theodore Lee Brooks Jr. Jeremiah is survived by his loving wife, Samantha Brooks, grandmother, Marie Huth, mother; Joan Hoover, step-father, Danny Busby, children; Riley Anne Brooks and Brice Duane Brooks and many loving family and friends.
