Jerome R. Ball, 74, of Columbus, Ohio passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 26, 2017. He was born on March 22, 1942 to James Robert and Doris Ball-Taylor in Dayton, Ohio. Jerome is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents, Emil and Elsie Ball.
Jerome is survived by his wife of 42 years, Flonda Ball; son, Jim (Stella) Jones; siblings, Judy (Joe) Bechtolt, Brenda (Dale) Croswell and many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors who will miss him deeply. Jerome will also be missed by his dog, Muffin.
Jerome was an avid reader of war history and a gun enthusiast. Jerome proudly served in the Navy on the USS Grand Canyon.
