Jerome Music, Sr.
October 3, 1934 — May 13, 2015
Jerome D. Music, Sr., 80, passed away May 13, 2015. He was preceded in death by parents, Claude and Agnes Music; brothers, Claude O., Ralph, and Forrest Music; and father and mother-in-law, Clifford and Irene McKenzie.
Survived by wife of almost 60 years, Suva (McKenzie) Music; sons, Joe (Deana) and Rob (Tamara Newton) Music of Louisville, KY; grandchildren, Nathan, Leah (Adam), Chad (Ashley), Makenzie, and Mason; great-grandchildren, Jackson, Leland, Lillian, and Rylynn; nieces, Debbie Ward and Denise Robinson; nephews, Doyle and Michael Music; and sister-in-law, Elvenia Combs.
Jerome owned and operated J.D. Music Tile Company for 34 years. He was a skilled craftsman, very hard working, and loved his family.
Visitation Sunday, May 17, 2015 from 2-6 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Monday, May 18, 2015 at 10 am at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Grove City Cemetery, Grove City, OH.
The family would like to thank Mt. Carmel Hospice, especially Tom and Brenda, and his caregiver Jessica Collins. Another thank you to all of the family and friends for their prayers and support.
