Jerry Sue Soper

Jerry Sue Soper was born in El Paso, Texas on February 28, 1953.
She passed of natural causes related to brain cancer on Wednesday, September 30th.
She is survived by her mother, Roberta Vick (née Mullins), her sister, Brenda Farley; her son, Shawn Soper; her grandchildren, Shea Soper, Gavin Soper and Colin Soper.
Jerry Sue carried her son to term and earned her diploma from the 1st graduating class of Westland High School 1971. She then moved to Bonita Springs, Florida where she simultaneously raised her son and earned her Associates Degree in nursing. She was an amazing provider who worked two jobs to support her beloved and adoring son.
Her true passion in life was helping others and she never met a stranger. Most called her "Mom" and later "Grandma". She always put her own needs and wants aside to help anyone who was lucky enough to meet her.
The other part of her heart was devoted to U.S.Navy, Bikers and The Pittsburgh Steelers.
Her family would like to invite all of her well wishers to a visitation on Saturday, October 10, 2020 from 2pm until the time of service at 3pm at Newcomer SW Chapel 3393 Broadway, Grove City.
