James Anderson, age 72, passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 3, 2017.
He was born on October 15, 1944 to Lawrence and Gladys Anderson, in Delaware, OH.
Surviving family includes wife, Darlene "Dot" Anderson (VanGelow); step-children, Bryant (Teresa) VanGelow, Darlene (Bill) Collins and a host of nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents; 3 siblings and a step-son, Greg VanGelow.
Jim worked at Big Bear for 38 years and will be missed by all.
Visitation will be held Sunday, May 7, 2017 from 3-6 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123.
Funeral service will be held Monday, May 8, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
Interment to follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
