Jimmy Deal

Jimmy Wayne Deal Sr. 62 of Columbus, Ohio passed away Saturday June 22, 2024 surrounded by his family. Jimmy was born March 10, 1962 in Columbus, Ohio he was the first child of the late James & Barb (Waugh) Deal. He was a dedicated employee of Columbus Truck & Equipment for 32 years. On the weekends you could find him enjoying a cold beverage tinkering in his garage or watching his favorite teams The Ohio State Buckeyes and Dallas Cowboys.

Jimmy is survived by his loving Wife Lisa (Whittington) Deal, son’s Jimmy (Earlana) Deal of Wellston, & Matthew (Amanda) Deal of Columbus. Grandchildren Jayla, Maylana, Izabella, Ryleigh, Harleigh, Matthew, Kenneth & Tobias. Brother Steve (Kim) Deal, Sisters Christine Moore, Pam (Ray) Zimmerman, Randee Deal & Tracey (Stacy McClain) Deal, Sister-in-Law Ruth (Greg) Rakaska as well as numerous beloved nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents he is preceded in death by brothers David & Michael Deal, Uncle Jerry Marvin, Cousin Linda Blankenship, Mother and Father-in-law Kenneth & Charlotte Whittington, Sister-in-laws Kathy Hall & Mary Whittington. 

There will be a private memorial service held at a later date.
