Jo Ann is survived by daughter, Machelle Turner; granddaughter, Marchelle Turner and a host of family and friends.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, December 8, 2022 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am with a funeral service immediately following at 11:30am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Northeast Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43231.
The family asks that you please wear a mask.
