Jo Ellen Turner, 67 of Columbus, passed away at Whetstone Long Term Care Center on March 15, 2015. Born on June 29, 1947 to the late Norval James and Edith Marie (Teagardner) Snyder in Columbus, OH. Jo Ellen retired from Riverside Beauty Salon after 30 years. Survived by husband of 34 years Jerry Turner, children Savenda (James) Fulton, brother Bill (Liz) Travis of VA.
