Joan P. Holley, 84, of Columbus, passed away Sunday, January 4, 2015. Joan was born in Columbus, OH on January 13, 1930, to Clarence H. and Irene (Fenstemaker) Sagar and is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James W. Holley; sons, Tim and Don Holley and brother, Bruce Sagar.
She is survived by her son, Craig Holley; sisters, Janet (Robert) McCallister and Barbara (Richard) Deakins; grandchildren, Trisha (Dan), Jim, Michael and Dana; great-grandchildren, Lia and Stone; daughters-in-law, Sue Holley and Carol Young-Holley; nieces, nephews and many friends.
Joan graduated from Linden-McKinley High School, worked for her father at Sagar Dry Cleaning and retired from Bank One.
Family and friends will gather on Thursday, January 8, 2015, 5-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service on Friday, January 9, 2015,11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Interment will follow at Eastlawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 5555 Frantz Road, Dublin, OH 43017.
