JoAnn Frazier, 73 of Columbus, passed away at her residence on December 4, 2013. Born on August 1, 1940 to the late Howard and Elizabeth Exline in Glouster, Ohio. Survived by husband of 44 years William Frazier, children Christina Pappas and Susan (Adam) Kershaw, grandchildren Carrie, Emily, MaKayla, Madison and Alyssa, great grandson Jacob, brother William Exline. Preceded in death by sister Carolyn and Betty, brother Johnny and Charlie.
Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH on Monday, December 9, 2013 from 11am until time of service at 1pm with Pastor Tim Womack officiating.
Burial to follow at Alton Cemetery.
