JoAnne C. Valliquette, 86 of Westerville, passed away on January 19, 2015 at The Columbus Colony Elderly Care Center. Born on September 21, 1928 to the late Herbert and Marguerite (Jones) Valliquette in Cleveland, OH. Survived by children Ralph (Susan), James, Carl (Kim) and John (Bridgett) Mogan, grandchildren Tom, Ralph Jr., Stephanie, Megan, John and Matthew, many great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Preceded in death by husband Ralph Mogan Sr.
