Jody Burley, 44, of Galloway, OH, passed away July 11, 2014. He was born on January 1, 1970. He was preceded in death by his mother, Roberta.
Surviving family includes father, Ralph, children, Colin, Tommy, Makayla, Dylan, Alisha, siblings, Terry, Becky, Michael, Tommy, Tami, Klarissa and many other loving family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 1pm, July 26th, 2014 at Cherry Creek Church of Christ, 4977 Sullivant Ave., Columbus, OH 43228.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Heartland Hospice.
