Joel is survived by his grandparents; siblings Tracy and Toni Pettet; uncle "dad" John Elliott; aunt Cora Magensen; cousins John Jr. and Alan; best friend Ziggy; and numerous other family members. Visitation Tuesday, April 28, 2009 from 6 PM until the time of Memorial Service at 7 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, OH.
