John Daniel Hensley II, age 73, passed away on May 15, 2021. He was born on June 15, 1947 to the late Shirley and John Hensley.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Winifred; children, Jan and John; step-children, Jennie and Sophie; siblings, Sharon Clauson, Robert Hensley, Rose Wilburn; grandchildren, Robert, Lily and Jack; great-grandchildren, Brock and Hinata; many nieces and nephews. John was preceded by sisters, Ellen Haro and Kathleen Laurel.
John was a proud Vietnam Veteran and served in the US Army. He was Past Commander of DAV Chapter 144. John was a member of the Ivory Mountain Brotherhood and Tomahawk Brotherhood.
The family will receive guests on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 from 1-3:00 p.m. at Newcomer-SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway in Grove City. The Memorial Service will begin at 3:00 p.m.
