John A. Jacobs

John Arthur Jacobs, 72, of Grove City, went home to his Lord, Tuesday, April 2, 2019.
He was preceded in death by loving wife, Pamela Sue, with whom he would have been entering 51 years of marriage; parents, Robert and Ninetta Jacobs; brothers, Roland, Gary, Roger, and Robert Jacobs; sisters, Barbara, Clara Ann, Linda, and Rosemary; brothers-in-law, Robert O'Neal, Roy Woolever, and Larry Hunter; nephews, Keith Jacobs and Dan O'Neal; great-niece, Sherry Post; great-nephew, Joey Jacobs.
He is survived by his wonderful caregivers, Sandy and Ralph Perdew II; brothers-in-law, Mike (Rosemary) Boswell and Robert (Marian) Seckman; sisters-in-law, Sondra (Arick) Milby, June (Ronnie), Vickie (Bobby), Maxine (Roger), and Judy (Bobby) Jacobs; many nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.
John served his country in the U.S. Army where he was awarded the Bronze Star. John was past President of the Southeast Conservation Club. Visitation Sunday, April 7, 2019 from 2-5pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Monday, April 8, 2019 at 1pm at the Funeral Home. Pastor Owen Stotts to officiate. Interment to follow at Grove City Cemetery (old section).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Newcomer to assist the family during this difficult time.
