John S. McComas, 83, passed away on February 28, 2018. He was born on September 12, 1934. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Alice (Webb) McComas, brothers, James A., Tommy, Lawrence and Ronald McComas, sister, Thelma McComas, son-in-law, Robert Dennison.
Surviving family includes wife, Lucille, son, John Michael (Betty) McComas, daughters, Diana Gail McComas, Debra Lynn Dennison, grandchildren, Amber (Mike) Hart, Cami (Marc) Vonkaenel, Samantha (Chad) Mathias, Stephanie Dennison, Justin Dennison, great-grandchildren, Cory, Rylee, Collin, Logan, Cooper, Hailey, Harper, Carter, sisters, Freda Kidder of Florida, Mary McCarley of South Point, OH, Frances McComas of Proctorville, Doreen Cade of South Point, OH, brother, Don McComas of Columbus, OH.
Visitation will be held from 11am to 1pm, Monday, March 5, 2018 at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH, where a funeral service will begin at 1pm.
Burial will follow at Galloway Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Mt. Carmel Hospice.
